How will I receive my purchase after I order?

After making a purchase on our website, there are 3 ways you can receive and download your product:

1. On the confirmation page

After your purchase has been processed, we include a download link on the confirmation page after your purchase has been processed.

2. Via email

Your order will immediately be sent to your email via our fulfillment provider. If you can't find your purchase email, try checking your promotions or spam folders.

3. In your customer account

You can always access your purchases in your customer account. Login to your customer account and click the Download Now button below the product image.

If you have previously checked out as a guest and have not registered for an account, you can register for an account here. Just be sure to register the same email address you used when you made your purchase.
