Why can I not expand my Affinity Designer vector brushes?

Currently, textured and image brushes in the Drawing Persona of Affinity Designer rely on raster images applied to a vector path.

Therefore, you will not be able to expand textured vector brush strokes.

Until Affinity improves its program to support vector-based brushes fully, our brushes will be restricted to this limitation.
